 It's a good chance to review handwashing  --- 

   When do you need to wash hands? 

      How do you wash hands? 

          Are you really washing for at least 15 seconds and then rinsing? 

              Are your procedures for always having enough soap 

                 and paper towels at each hand washing sink working? 

                     Is the wastebasket emptied often enough 

                         so there is always room for those used paper towels? 

 Handwashing is one of the most important food safety practices, so take some time to review what is being done in your dietary department.
