Crockpot Round Steaks
This is a great way to serve tenderized round steaks. Plan to serve with boiled potatoes, green beans, and a tall glass of cold milk (or a bottle of red wine).
|
tenderized round steaks
jar of chopped canned tomato (homemade is best)
onion, sliced
can of sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper
seasonings to taste

Place tenderized round steaks in crockpot. Pour tomatoes and juice over steaks. Top with onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and other seasonings according to taste. Cook on medium-low all day.
