Location: Ten miles North of Frederick, Maryland on Highway 15N, right at Beckley's RV and 7/11 gas station, .4 miles on Angleberger Road, left on Hessong Bridge Road and 2 miles to Green Spring Farm on left at 12460 Hessong Bridge Road, Thurmont, MD.

Terms: Terms of sale are cash or good check payable to the clerk immediately following the sale before the cattle are removed from the premises.

Announcements: Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over material printed in this catalog.

Guarantee: All cattle sell under the standard guarantee recommended by the American Shorthorn Association.

Health: All eligible animals sold will have a Brucellosis and TB test. Each animal will be represented by a state approved health certificate for Interstate movement.

Registration and Transfers: All cattle will be recorded with the American Shorthorn Association and transferred to the new owners following the sale.
