This interactive
small group workshop explored
the changes and the reasons behind the changes. We also looked at food patterns to implement the guidelines.
This workshop was held in April,
2016 and was eligible for 3 general subsequent approval continuing education hours from the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals.
