Stress - the Spice of Life A workshop for Dietary Managers Stressed out? So busy you can’t think, but your “to do” list just keeps growing? This interactive small group workshop helps you identify the things that are causing your stress. You will develop ways to manage that stress in both foodservice and clinical areas. Then take a look at yourself, and identify ways to help you cope with the inevitable stresses in your professional life. Make stress that “spice” that keeps life from being boring, not the overload that “spoils the whole dish.” This 3 hour workshop was originally presented in November, 2005, and was approved for 2.5 hours of continuing education credit by the Dietary Managers Association.
