Food Safety Refresher Workshop
to "renew" your Food Protection Manager Certificate
If you have a current Certificate that expires on or before May 6, 2021, this workshop meets the Illinois requirements to renew your certificate.

This workshop, taught by an experienced instructor and Registered Dietitian, helps you understand and use the information you learn. The active, small group format allows you to go beyond the basics of keeping food safe for your customers, and helps you solve your particular food safety challenges. This workshop provides more detailed information in a shorter period of time than the Basic workshop. Illinois rules and COVID-19 guidelines are included. Having the classes once a week over five weeks lets you review the information gradually, making it easier to fit the workshop into your work and personal life. Practice quizzes similar in format to the required test help you pass the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP) test on the last day of workshop.
