Basic Foodservice Sanitation

This workshop, taught by a certified IDPH instructor and Registered Dietitian, will help you understand and use the information you learn.  The active, small group format allows you to learn the basics of keeping food safe for your customers, and helps you solve your particular sanitation challenges.  Having the classes once a week  over six weeks lets you learn the information gradually, making it easier to fit the class into your work and personal life.  Practice quizzes similar in format to the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals test help you pass the test on the last day of workshop.
